The founder of Vranešević Law and a member of the New York State Bar Association (NYSBA), attorney at law Lucija Vranešević Grbić, participated in the CLE webinar “Nuances of Intellectual Property & Tech-Related Disputes Before WIPO” held on August 20, 2025.

The program examined cross-border intellectual property and technology disputes, with a focus on the role of WIPO’s Arbitration and Mediation Center in resolving issues involving patents, trademarks, copyrights, trade secrets, and domain names. The session was led by experienced practitioners who shared practical insights into international dispute resolution. The program was accredited for 1.0 Areas of Professional Practice CLE credit.
