Founder of Vranešević Law, attorney Lucija Vranešević Grbić, a member of the New York State Bar Association (NYSBA), participated in a CLE-accredited webinar titled “Current Controversies in Wildlife Law,” held on 29 September 2025.

The webinar presented current legal issues in the United States related to wildlife protection, including the proposal to rescind the definition of “harm” under the Endangered Species Act, the new draft of New York State’s Wildlife Action Plan, differences in legal regulations between New York and California, as well as the opportunities provided by certain state institutions in resolving contentious issues.

The program was accredited for 1.0 CLE credit in the area of professional practice.
