On 22 September 2026, attorney at law Lucija Vranešević Grbić attended a webinar of the New York State Bar Association, organized by its Business Law Section, on drafting LLC operating agreements and corporate shareholders’ agreements.

The program covered management, voting and capital structure provisions, buy-sell restrictions and valuation clauses, protections for minority owners, the special provisions required in S corporation agreements, so-called Golden Rule buyout provisions, and the ethical considerations involved in drafting these agreements.

The webinar carried 2.0 MCLE credits.
