The founder of our law firm, attorney at Law Lucija Vranešević Grbić, attended the Risk Management 2026 program organized by the New York State Bar Association (NYSBA) on 26 February 2026. This CLE‑credited, four‑hour program provided practical, experience‑based guidance on professional responsibility, client intake, conflict‑checking procedures, confidentiality obligations, and effective communication—all central elements of a risk‑aware legal practice.

The program also addressed emerging considerations such as the use of artificial intelligence (AI) in legal work, along with internal firm responsibilities and supervisory duties, reflecting the broader ethical and regulatory framework in which modern law firms operate.
