Founder of Vranešević Law, attorney Lucija Vranešević Grbić, a member of the New York State Bar Association (NYSBA), participated in a CLE‑accredited webinar entitled “Basics of Business and Corporate Law Practice,” held on 24 February 2026.

The webinar highlighted the most important legal issues related to forming a legal entity in the State of New York (nine forms of legal entities). Furthermore, the webinar focused on the obligations imposed by the Federal Corporate Transparency Act and New York’s LLC Transparency Act.

The program was accredited for 1.5 CLE credits in the area of professional practice.
